DISCLAIMER

  • By placing an order, you automatically agree to the following conditions.

  • Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.

  • If you're not comfortable with my TOS and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, please don't order a commission.

  • I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.

  • NFT usage is strictly forbidden.

  • I have the right to refuse an order if it makes me feel uncomfortable or I am unable to fulfill it.

USER AGREEMENT

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms.

You will agree to use my art for personal, non-profit purposes, unless otherwise stated, and provide me with all image credits.


Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.

GENERAL

  • I (AxanXV) have all the right to my works.

  • You may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.

  • You are not allowed to remove my signature nor cover it.

  • You may not claim my work as your own, or upload in any gallery that is intended to display your own work only.

  • You may use the Artwork for personal use: Avatars, phone/computer wallpapers and personal website/profile displays.

  • You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the artwork as it is for your PERSONAL USE only.

  • You are not authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.

  • You are not authorized to trace over my artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a "base".

COPYRIGHT

  • I (AxanXV) have full copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

  • I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work. I will send you a full resolution image, but my signature will remain on the Artwork.

  •  I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my gallery.

COMMERCIAL USE

  • If you wish to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.

  • The minimum price increase 100% of the original price, meaning double the end sum. However, I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit.

ORDERING

1. Reserving a Slot.​

  • I'll be posting ​a notice opening commissions slots.

  • Commission slot can be reserved through Direct Messages.

  • First come first serve.

  • I will specify the number of slots in the post.

  • The slot will be reserved once your order is accepted.​​​

2. Accepting your order.​

  • When I receive the form, I will check if I can work on your request. It will be then when I tell you the total price.

  • If your character is extremely detailed, I have the right to charge a fee to include these details.

  • I don't create characters designs or the idea of the drawing itself, so please be clear with your order.

  • You can cancel your reservation at any time!

  • When everything is confirmed, I will send you an invoice. You will need to confirm the payment with me before your order begins.

3. Wait for your commission.

  • I will send a WIP (Work in Progress) once I have the finished sketch.

  • Please make sure that I have followed your instructions and the drawing has everything you wanted.

  • I am not responsible for any error if you have not given me feedback to fix it in advance.

  • I will send another WIP with the flat colors, after that, there will not more WIPs.

  • Once the drawing is finished, small changes are allowed if there are missing or wrong elements that are my fault.

  • As soon as your order is finished, you will receive it as soon as possible.

PAYMENT

  • Payment currency is EUR ("Euros").

  • Payments via Paypal are sent via Invoice method.

  • It is expected that you deposit 100% of the price upfront before I start. 

  • Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission AND have asked for payment.

WORK

Normally I am quite fast drawing, I may be able to give you your commission the same day or the next day you placed the order.

Still, I like to give my best in every drawing, and I won't always be motivated or inspired. Please, if you feel that your order is taking more than a day or two, is just I simply want to give you the best result and I hope to have better inspiration for it.

No harassment over my work speed will be tolerated, regardless of the time that has passed.

Credit to me, the Artist, is required when you post or use it on another platform.


You, are responsible for saving any information, images, and other digital data I provide.


Any comments that are rude, inappropriate, inflammatory, and/or non-constructive may result in blacklisting.
